My magical winning recipe (cheesy)

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo chicken pieces
  • 3 pcs medium size tomato sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion medium size minced
  • 1 capsicum large cubed
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 stick celery minced
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
Preparation
  1. Heat oil in a wok. Saute garlic and onion until slightly brown, about 2 minutes.

  2. Add ginger, tomatoes, capsicum, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes or until slightly soft and cooked.

  3. Add chicken, fish sauce, sugar, black pepper and tomato paste. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Stir occasionally.

  4. Dilute corn flour in 2 tablespoons water and stir in to thicken the sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
